Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood Due to the unique nature of the solid wood industry, all Patiriva furniture undergoes complex and time-consuming handcrafted processes, including material selection, wood drying, cutting, sanding, and applying wood wax oil. As a result, there may be minor imperfections and a size deviation of around 2%. Examples include differences between heartwood and sapwood, varying grain patterns, mineral streaks, tiger stripes, shadow patterns, knots, as well as small repair or processing marks. Additionally, due to climate variations, usage environments, and humidity changes, natural wood may experience cracking, shrinkage, or warping. These are not considered quality issues and do not affect the product's functionality or structural integrity. Subjective claims made by customers regarding the product’s defects based on these natural characteristics will not be accepted as reasons for warranty or returns.
Receipt and Inspection Please inspect the goods upon delivery to ensure everything is in good condition. If you find any discrepancies in the number of items or notice damage during transport, you may refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. Any loss or damage incurred during transportation will be handled by Patiriva and the logistics company, and we will arrange for a replacement shipment. If you fail to open and inspect the package on delivery, it will be considered as acceptance, and Patiriva will not be liable for any damage found later that was caused during transport.

A. Patiriva has a professional after-sales team. If you encounter any issues during the delivery or installation process, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will also upload related installation videos to our video platform, accessible via the hyperlink on our website.
B. We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. If you need to return or exchange the product for reasons such as personal preference or incorrect size (non-quality issues), you may do so within 15 days, provided that the product is in its original condition with intact packaging and accessories. The shipping fees and any costs related to dismantling or assembly will be borne by you.
C. Products with no quality issues will not be accepted for return or exchange after 15 days.
D. We provide a 1-year free warranty. During the warranty period, if the product experiences any of the following quality issues under normal use, Patiriva will offer free parts, repairs, or exchanges, with all related costs covered by us. These issues include: 1. Non-human-caused structural breaks; 2. Cracks in panels; 3. Loosened components affecting functionality; 4. Loose embedded connectors; 5. Breaks at mortise and tenon joints.

If you discover any quality issues within seven days of receiving the goods and wish to return or exchange them, Patiriva will confirm the issue and arrange for the return or exchange, with all associated costs covered by us. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, since the furniture is made-to-order, Patiriva will charge a 30% loss fee based on the order value. Additionally, any shipping and packaging costs incurred during the process will be borne by you.

Our processing techniques aim to highlight the wood's natural beauty, using imported, eco-friendly nitrocellulose lacquer (transparent varnish). Therefore, the furniture may feature natural markings such as heartwood and sapwood differences, varying grain patterns, mineral streaks, tiger stripes, knots, and minor repairs or processing marks. Variations caused by climate, usage environment, and humidity, such as cracks, warping, or shrinkage, are not considered quality issues and do not affect the product’s functionality or durability. Please consider these natural characteristics carefully before purchasing.

Cracking in natural wood is unavoidable, even with professional treatments and construction designs. While we strive to minimize this risk, we believe that the natural beauty of solid wood, including its grain, scent, and signs of life, remains intact despite cracking. We encourage you to care for and use these pieces according to your own preferences.
Product Usage Tips
1. Do not place furniture outdoors. Keep indoor humidity stable, ideally between 35%-65%, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
2. When moving or placing furniture, avoid dragging it forcefully.
3. Avoid sharp or hard objects scratching or striking the surface.
4. Use heat-resistant pads when placing hot items on furniture.
5. Prevent water or oil stains from long-term exposure. Clean with a dry or damp cloth; do not use alcohol or chemical solvents.

1. After some time, if you notice that the furniture’s surface protection against stains or water is declining, apply wood wax oil to restore its protective qualities. We offer specialized cleaning and maintenance kits (sold separately) to help maintain your furniture.
2. For non-removable upholstered parts like backs, armrests, and cushions, use fabric cleaning sprays regularly. If soiled, professional upholstery cleaning services are recommended. Removable cushion covers should be dry cleaned to prevent shrinkage.

As large items, our furniture is securely packed in custom honeycomb boxes or wooden crates for safe long-distance transport. Patiriva offers global delivery services, with costs based on the destination and size of the furniture.
