A. Professional After-Sales Support
Patiriva has a dedicated and professional after-sales team. If you encounter any issues during the delivery or installation process, please contact our customer service for assistance. We also provide installation videos, which can be accessed through a hyperlink on our website.
B. Return and Exchange Policy
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return and Exchange:
You may return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it for reasons such as personal preference or incorrect size (non-quality issues). To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging and all accessories. You will be responsible for shipping fees and any costs related to dismantling or assembly.
Return and Exchange After 7 Days (Non-Quality Issues):
Products with no quality issues cannot be returned or exchanged after the 7-day period.
C. Warranty Policy
1-Year Free Warranty:
Patiriva offers a 1-year free warranty on all products. During this period, if the product experiences any of the following quality issues under normal use, we will provide free parts, repairs, or exchanges, and cover all associated costs:
Structural breaks not caused by human error.
Cracks in panels.
Loosened components affecting functionality.
Loose embedded connectors.
Breaks at mortise and tenon joints.
D. Wood Grain and Color Variation
Patiriva furniture is made from natural solid wood, which naturally exhibits a wide variety of grain patterns, textures, and other characteristics. Our processing techniques aim to highlight the natural beauty of the wood, using eco-friendly nitrocellulose lacquer. As a result, you may notice the following natural features, which are not considered defects:
Heartwood and sapwood differences
Varying grain patterns
Mineral streaks or resin streaks
Tiger stripes
Knots and panel color differences
Please be aware that variations in climate, humidity, and usage environment may cause natural wood to crack, warp, or shrink over time. These are not considered quality issues and do not affect the functionality or durability of the product.
E. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution. Any damages or issues must be reported promptly.
F. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items that are damaged due to improper use or installation.
Sale items or gift cards.

G. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@patiriva.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
H. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
